The foundation of SIMVIC traces back to 1971, when our founder, Mr. Qin Linsheng , entered the metal recycling industry in China. As a senior mechanical engineer and early pioneer in scrap metal processing, Mr. Qin contributed to the development of China’s first-generation metal balers and shearing equipment. His engineering discipline established the technical DNA of SIMVIC: durability, structural integrity and practical industrial design. Over five decades, this engineering heritage has evolved into a globally operating recycling plant platform, combining disciplined mechanical engineering with modern system integration to serve the international metal recycling market.

At SIMVIC, we believe coordinated plant systems outperform isolated machines. We apply system-level engineering modeling and load-matching optimization across shredding, separation, shearing and downstream processing to ensure synchronized plant performance. Through in-house manufacturing of heavy-duty industrial shredders, scrap shears and balers — combined with full plant-level integration capability — we control structural reliability, automation logic and system coordination under a unified engineering framework. We address the integration gap between standalone machinery and plant-level automation through coordinated system engineering, reducing operational risks caused by equipment mismatch and system incompatibility. In selected benchmark projects, integrated plant delivery has demonstrated measurable reductions in unit processing cost and capital expenditure, improving overall investment efficiency under suitable operating conditions.
