Linear Vibratory Screen — The Rhythm Controller for Standardized Furnace Feed Size

Range: Capacity: 2 – 20 TPH

Application: Mixed metal recycling plants (post-shredding classification) - Aluminum recycling plants (size control) - Metal shredding lines (pre-sorting size balancing) - Extendable to ELV and ASR fine fraction processing

The linear vibratory screen is a fundamental fine classification unit within the SIMVIC size separation system, designed for continuous and efficient classification of dry, shredded materials.

Driven by dual vibration motors, it generates a stable linear motion that propels materials forward in a jumping trajectory, enabling high-efficiency separation. In the overall process, it is typically positioned after the trommel or before key sorting equipment, acting as a “size standardization” unit.

It divides mixed materials into consistent size fractions (e.g., 0–10 mm, 10–40 mm, 40–80 mm), ensuring optimal feed conditions for eddy current separators, magnetic separators, and sensor-based systems.

From a system engineering perspective, its core value lies in size homogenization rather than simple screening. By controlling the particle size ratio (typically ≤3:1), it significantly improves downstream sorting accuracy, recovery rate, and operational stability, while minimizing inefficiencies and blockages caused by uneven material sizes.

Core unit for particle size homogenization

Stable linear vibration motion

Dual motors create a consistent screening trajectory, ensuring efficiency and preventing material accumulation.

Multi-layer classification capability

1–3 screen layers enable multi-size separation in a single unit, reducing system complexity.

Size homogenization for better sorting

Maintains optimal size ratio (≤3:1), significantly improving ECS and sensor-based sorting performance.

Enclosed dust-control design

Sealed structure minimizes dust emission and reduces load on dedusting systems.

Wear-resistant screen media

Manganese steel or polyurethane screens extend service life and reduce downtime.
